If you want to reset a number of learners that you manage you can do so through the My Learners page.


  1. Open the "Actions" menu, and choose "Reset Password":



  2. Start typing the name of the user or group you'd like to reset the password for.

    This can be a user:




    Or a Group of users:




    In either case, once you see the relevant entry in the list either select it with your mouse or press down on your keyboard until it is highlighted, followed by the Enter key.

    You can keep adding as many users or groups as you require.


  3. Once you have selected the required users or groups, enter the new password you'd like the resultant learners to have, and your password, before clicking "Reset Password":
