If one of your learners has forgotten their password you can reset it for them.
- Log on and navigate to the My Learners page:
- Find the learner who's password you'd like to reset and click the Edit button:
- Enter a new password for them (twice), and your own password, then click "Save Changes" to confirm:
The page will refresh and the Learners password has been reset. You will need to provide this new password to the learner.
