How do I assign a course to somebody else? Print

If you manage the training for other users, you assign courses to them.

Firstly make sure that you have purchased the course you wish to assign, and have added the learner to your account.

Once you are logged on, you can assign courses to your learners by visiting this page:

1. You will see a list of all users you have access to, including yourself:

2. Simply click "Assign" next to the learner you wish to assign the course to.

3. Choose the product that you'd like to assign, and click "Assign". The course will be assigned and the screen will refresh:

If you'd like to see what products are assigned to a specific user, just click their name in the list to expand their details:
