You cannot delete a learner from the system as it is important that should you ever be required to prove health and safety compliance training was completed that you can still access their certificates.
You can however hide their account from your learning group.
- Once you are logged on, visit the My Learners page:
- Find the learner in the list, and click the "eye" symbol:
- The Learner will disappear from the list:
If you ever need to see these hidden learners again, you can open the "Filters" list, and choose to show hidden learners:
The hidden learners will reappear (temporarily):
And the "eye" will how that they are hidden:
