Yes, you can add as many users as you need to your account.




Adding learners individually:


  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Learners:

  2. Use the "Add Learner" button to open the learner details form and fill it in, clicking "Add Learner" again to complete.
  3. Repeat as necessary until all your learners have been added.


Users will login with the credentials that you created for them - you will need to send them their username and password.




Adding multiple learners at the same time:


If adding a few learners at the same time then you may find our import learners system useful.


  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Learners:
  2. Click on "Actions" and then select "Import Learners" from the dropdown menu:

  3. Download the sample file from the popup that appears on screen:
  4. Open the file in your spreadsheet editing program of choice (e.g. Exel or Google Sheets) and then fill in the required fields for your learners following the rules in the popup.
  5. Click "Choose File" and select your populated spreadsheet to upload.



  6. Review the learners to be imported and click "Import Learners" - any issues with learners' details will be flagged.

  7. Your new learners will appear in the My Learners section of your account.
